ITAÚ CULTURAL
I directed the animation videos of the Herculano Pires gallery at Itaú Cultural. The new permanent exhibition, on the sixth floor of the Avenida Paulista building, has free entrance and features historical Brazilian artwork such as coins, medals and stamps.
The animations invite each visitor into a deep and appealing dive, exploring all aspects from the objects' crafting techniques to their relationship with mythology, power and the colonial struggles in Brazil.
My work involved directing and creating all the animations for the videos, as well as collaborating with the scripts, storyboards and illustrations.
